The timing marks are probably long gone. Even if they are there it is unlikely they are lined
up with the timing marks. You can remark the belt with a Paint Pen-available at Michaels
The Special Service Tool (SST)
bolts onto the crankshaft pulley
and the handle then fits the tool
and is attached with a clevis pin.

tools. Not too expensive.
Some write ups (non Lexus)
suggest you just use an impact
driver. I would not take an
impact driver to this motor-but
thats just me.
This is the tool put together
and bolted to crankshaft
pulley along with a breaker
bar. I had to use an
extension (handle from my
floor jack) to get enough
leverage to free the bolt.
